PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES ROTATION LIST FOR ELECTRIC UTILITY PROJECTS

Brownsville Public Utilities (BPUB) sought to establish a rotation list of qualified professional engineering firms to provide engineering services for electric utility projects.
