Project No. 2020-01EL “Ivy and Stagecoach Substation Construction”

This project involves the construction of substations at two locations: Ivy and Stagecoach. The work includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work required to satisfactorily complete the project as detailed in the Contract Documents. All work must be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, applicable permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and all applicable regulations. The quantities of work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations provided as a basis for bid comparison, with actual quantities subject to variation at the discretion of the Electric Engineer.

Required Documentation:
Proposals must include a pricing proposal and vendor questionnaire. Detailed specifications are provided in Attachment A (IFB 20-017 Specifications). The project encompasses general construction, electrical work, site preparation, and substation/high voltage electrical maintenance and repair activities. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable public works standards and requirements.
