Public DC Fast Chargers: Phase 10

Efficiency Maine seeks qualified bidders to install and operate public DC fast chargers (DCFC) for electric vehicles (EVs) within one (1) driving mile of select roadway exits or routes. This is a NEVI BIL Funds project. Bidders must submit comprehensive proposals including project cost proposals, acceptance of standard agreement terms, utility load forms (CMP or Versant), W-9 forms, and FHWA 1273 documentation. The project involves identifying eligible segments for DCFC installation, coordinating with utility providers for three-phase power connections, and ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines. Bidders must demonstrate understanding of site selection requirements, utility interconnection processes, and regulatory compliance including federal highway funding requirements.
