Purchase and Delivery of Medium Voltage Cable for McIntosh Reciprocating Engine Project

This solicitation seeks the design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, factory testing, packing, shipment FOB jobsite, and delivery of medium voltage cable for the C.D. McIntosh Jr. Power Plant located at 3030 E Lake Parker Drive, Lakeland, FL 33805. The cable will be used to connect plant generators and transformers as part of a larger project that encompasses six (6) reciprocating internal combustion engine generators (RICE) totaling approximately 120 net megawatts (MW). The seller shall design, manufacture, furnish tested, prepare for shipping, preserve during shipment and storage at site, and deliver FOB jobsite or duty paid (DDP) if sourced outside the country. Cable cut lengths will be provided at a later date.

Submission Requirements: Bidders must complete all sections including Notice to Bidders, Introduction, Scope of Work, General Provisions, Insurance and Safety Requirements, Specification of Safety and Occupational Health, Vendor Questionnaire, and Pricing Proposal. Required attachments include indemnification agreements (Contractor, Consultant, and Vendor versions), Contractor Safety Evaluation Form, and PSM Contractor Annual Audit Form. Vendors must demonstrate insurance coverage and comply with all safety and occupational health standards as specified in the RFB documents.
