Purchase of Vacuum Dehydrator for Steam Turbine Lube Oil

The City of Lakeland, Florida, through its Electric Utility Department, is issuing Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2026-ITB-066 for the supply, delivery, and commissioning of one (1) skid-mounted, self-contained vacuum dehydrator unit. The unit is designed for continuous, offline purification of steam turbine lubricating oil at the Lakeland Electric generating station. The primary objective is to maintain the cleanliness and dryness of the turbine lube oil reservoir to ensure asset reliability and compliance with stringent fluid quality standards. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver and install the vacuum dehydrator system.
