PacifiCorp is offering 2013 through 2024 vintage Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), both unbundled and bundled. The offered RECs come from eligible renewable resources with specific characteristics: 1) Are generated by resources eligible for Washington or Oregon Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS), 2) Are generated by resources eligible for Green-e National Standard, 3) Are generated by resources certified by the California Energy Commission as RPS-eligible, 4) May be delivered in a structure conforming to California Renewables Portfolio Standard Program requirements, 5) Are generated by resources with California RPS LORS Certification (certification that facilities outside California meet California's environmental quality laws, ordinances, regulations, and standards). Bidders must submit completed Bid Response Forms (Exhibit A) via email by the deadline.
