Reconstruction of Shady Lane Substation

This Request for Bid (RFB 018-07-26) solicits competitive bids for the complete reconstruction of the Shady Lane Substation located west of 205 Cooner Street in College Station, Texas. The project encompasses comprehensive substation construction work including civil construction, protection and control (P&C) systems, physical structure, underground utilities, and cut-in operations. The bid package includes comprehensive documentation: unit proposal forms (Appendices A and B), construction package specifications (Appendix C), construction sequence plans (Appendix D), civil engineering drawings (Appendix E), protection and control drawings for both Atkins and East systems including installation and removal drawings (Appendices F, J, K, L, M), physical structure specifications (Appendix G), underground utility plans (Appendix H), and a geotechnical report (Appendix I).
