RECs Reverse RFP Fall 2022
PacifiCorp is seeking to procure 2017–June 2023 vintage renewable energy credits (unbundled and bundled) from resources eligible under Washington, Oregon, Green-e National, and California RPS programs, including out-of-state facilities with California RPS LORS certification. Offered RECs must originate from eligible renewable resources and may be structured to comply with California's Renewables Portfolio Standard requirements.
