The solicitation covers specific unbundled and bundled RECs products from eligible renewable resources. PacifiCorp is offering various REC products including Washington RPS Compliant, Oregon RPS Compliant, CRS-listed, PCC3, and PCC2. The company does not have a maximum REC quantity for this solicitation but indicated that a large volume considered would include approximately 200,000 RECs. Bidders should note that PCC1 is not currently being offered.
Key project dates include: RFP issuance on April 3, 2026 (Friday); questions deadline on April 8, 2026 (Wednesday); proposal submission deadline on April 17, 2026 (Friday) at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Prevailing Time; evaluation completion and bidder notification on April 24, 2026 (Friday); and completion of negotiations, approvals, and underlying agreement execution by May 25, 2026 (Monday).
