RECs Reverse RFP Summer 2023
PacifiCorp is sourcing 2020–June 2024 vintage RECs from unbundled and bundled renewable resources eligible under Washington, Oregon, or California RPS programs, including those meeting Green-e National Standard and California RPS LORS Certification requirements. Sellers must demonstrate resource eligibility through CEC certification or equivalent state RPS qualification for resources in the Pacific Northwest and California service territories.
