Rehabilitation of Water Well Nos. 3 and 13

The San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the rehabilitation and/or replacement of pumping equipment for two water wells in the Woodlands Division of Montgomery County, Texas. The project includes rehabilitation of Well No. 3 located at 36 Secluded Trail Drive, The Woodlands, Texas, and Well No. 13 located at 6698 Alden Bridge Drive, The Woodlands, Texas, along with associated work to the water well in-ground facilities. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost is $973,000, with substantial completion required within 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.

Key dates include: CSP release on April 24, 2026, and May 1, 2026; mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference and Site Visits on May 13, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the SJRA Woodlands Division Training Room, 2436 Sawdust Road, The Woodlands, Texas 77380; deadline for questions and inquiries on May 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.; potential addendum posting on May 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.; and proposal submission deadline on May 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Award is anticipated in June 2026, with construction start anticipated in August 2026.

Proposals must be submitted through the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace System (Ionwave); emailed proposals are not accepted. All questions and inquiries must also be entered into the Ionwave system. Technical specifications, a detailed proposal form, conflict of interest questionnaire, required attachments, and a Major Construction Services Agreement are provided in the bid documents.
