The RFP contains one firm-fixed price base bid contract line item number (CLIN), one firm fixed price option bid CLIN, and a time and material CLIN for common earth (dirt and rock) excavation. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(g), the magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Any interested offeror will be required to have an active Joint Certification Program (JCP) account in order to obtain access to secure documents.
