The City of Loveland, Colorado is soliciting sealed bids for repair materials to support Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) deployment. This is a formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) for a one-year contract with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The contract includes piggyback provisions allowing other governmental agencies to purchase under the same agreement with supplier and City approval.
Bids must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before February 8, 2024 at 2:00 PM MST. All materials are to be delivered FOB Destination to the Warehouse at 200 N. Wilson Ave, Loveland, Colorado. The City reserves the right to award by individual line item.
The solicitation was published on January 24, 2024. Vendors may submit questions until January 31, 2024 at 2:00 PM MST. Additional documentation and detailed specifications are available through the vendor package access system.
