East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) is soliciting competitive proposals for the sale and purchase of renewable energy and energy storage up to EBCE's program capacity allocations for both the Disadvantaged Communities Green Tariff (DAC-GT) and Community Solar Green Tariff (CSGT) programs. The RFO seeks to procure renewable energy and energy storage capacity that meets the requirements of these programs which are designed to serve disadvantaged communities.
