San Diego Community Power (SD Community Power) is seeking offers for products from clean-firm renewable projects. Specifically, SD Community Power requests offers for products from Long-lead time (LLT) zero-emitting, Resource Portfolio Standard (RPS)-eligible resources with an 80% capacity factor (clean firm resources) as defined by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), bundled with all Green Attributes/Renewable Energy Credits related thereto, and Capacity Attributes, including Resource Adequacy (RA) value, as applicable. The RFO aims to procure clean-firm resources to support SD Community Power's goal to achieve 100 percent renewable energy availability and usage by no later than 2035, which is in advance of current State targets.
