San Diego Community Power (SDCP) is seeking offers for products from renewable energy and/or energy storage projects seeking to contract with SDCP. Eligible resources include: (1) Renewable RPS Resources, including long-lead time zero-emitting RPS-eligible resources with 80% capacity factor and RPS eligible resources providing PCC1 renewable energy; (2) Energy Storage Resources with 4-hour duration or longer; (3) Hybrid or Co-located Projects pairing RPS and energy storage resources. Projects participating in CAISO's Cluster 15 interconnection projects are not eligible for this RFO. The point of physical interconnection must be within CAISO or connected to and delivering into CAISO via firm transmission rights and pseudo-tied/dynamic scheduling, with preference for SP15 and locations near SDCP Member Agencies. Minimum capacity is 10MW AC with Commercial Operation Dates prior to June 1, 2031. Contract terms range from 5-20 years.
