Maximum of 150,000 MWh of PCC1 available. Also seeking proposals from purchasers to buy greenhouse gas (GHG) free attributes for calendar year 2026 (maximum 150,000 MWh). Also seeking proposals from power suppliers (Sellers) to supply maximum 150,000 MWh of energy and associated RECs qualifying as RPS PCC2 for calendar year 2026.
