REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) DISASTER RECOVERY CONSULTING SERVICES

Wharton County Electric Cooperative (WCEC) is requesting proposals for Disaster Recovery Consulting Services. The cooperative seeks qualified consulting firms to provide program management and disaster recovery planning expertise to support organizational resilience and business continuity efforts.

Proposals must be submitted in sealed format with clear identification as 'SEALED BID - WHARTON COUNTY ELECTRIC CO-OP - DISASTER RECOVERY CONSULTING SERVICES'. All submissions are due by Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time to the WCEC office located at 1815 E Jackson Street, El Campo, Texas 77437. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the sender. WCEC reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.

Proposals must address disaster recovery planning, program management consulting services, and related organizational resilience initiatives. Questions and information requests must be submitted in writing to Gary Raybon via email at raybon@mywcec.coop no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. This deadline allows potential bidders a one-week window to submit clarifying questions prior to the proposal submission deadline.
