East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) is seeking proposals for comprehensive program design, marketing, outreach and implementation of a consumer-facing Electric Bicycle (e-Bike) Adoption Program. The program will be available to EBCE customers in Alameda County (excluding the City of Alameda), and the cities of Tracy and Stockton. EBCE has allocated $2 million dollars to initiate this program in 2023 and is planning to allocate an additional $4 million dollars over the next 2 years for a total of $6 million over 3 years. Proposals should include program design strategies, marketing and outreach plans, and implementation approaches to increase e-bike adoption among EBCE customers.
