Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (CPA) is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to implement an energy advisory services program that will provide comprehensive, customer-facing technical consulting services to CPA customers looking to electrify their residences and/or small businesses. The Advisor Program will help customers advance energy efficiency and electrification projects with less confusion and effort and maximize their ability to leverage regional, state, and federal funding opportunities. The program will focus on residential and small business customers, including owners, tenants and renters of single-family homes, multi-family properties and small businesses. Services will include technical advisory support, customer support across multiple mediums (online, email, phone, chat) in multiple languages (English, Spanish and Chinese), enhanced support for low-income and underserved segments, support for both small and large electrification projects, and serving as a resource hub for customers to evaluate green options, available rebates, and other CPA programs. The program will continuously analyze customer needs and challenges, and evolve the support provided accordingly.
