San Diego Community Power (SDCP) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional GIS Web Tool and Additional GIS Services. These Services are sought to support SDCP's Disadvantaged Communities Green Tariff (DAC-GT) and Community Solar Green Tariff (CSGT) RFO and other project needs. The primary scope includes: 1) Creating a GIS web application tool to support SDCP's DAC-GT and CSGT RFO, utilizing data provided by SDCP and publicly available data sets to develop digital base maps, operational layers, a geodatabase to query information related to SDCP's service territory, including identification of SDCP's member agency geographic footprint and Disadvantaged Communities (DACs); 2) Providing an interactive, multi-layer, user-friendly mapping tool as a usable interface for SDCP website; and 3) Additional as-needed GIS services including mapping of SDG&E local constraints, transmission constraints, providing granular view of constraints within SDG&E, interactive maps for Disadvantaged Communities, service address standardization, SDCP service jurisdiction capture, customizable interactive maps, mapping of opt-outs and opt-ups, maps convertible to videos/GIFs, custom base map artwork, and ability to connect with SANDAG data. The contract term is expected to be from April 17, 2023, through April 17, 2024.
