San Diego Community Power (SDCP) is requesting proposals for long-term, Portfolio Content Category 1 (PCC1) renewable energy products with initial deliveries commencing prior to December 31, 2026. Eligible resources must be certified by the California Energy Commission (CEC) as Eligible Renewable Energy Resources, be located within the CAISO or directly connected to and delivering into CAISO, with preference for resources within SP15 and resources located directly within or near SDCP's Member Agencies. Offers should include electric energy, Green Attributes/Renewable Energy Credits and Capacity Attributes. Photovoltaic solar projects must include integrated energy storage infrastructure. Projects must have a minimum generating capacity of 10 MW AC, with annual energy deliveries between 50,000 MWh and 500,000 MWh. Contract terms must be between 10-20 years.
