San Diego Community Power (SDCP) seeks a firm or firms to provide marketing and communications strategy and implementation services to successfully launch service to customers beginning in Spring 2021. The services include press/media relations, public affairs, web and graphic design, SDCP branding, messaging, and assistance designing and implementing a public engagement strategy to increase public awareness of SDCP within member communities and help mitigate customer opt-outs during enrollment periods. The scope of work encompasses: 1) Agency branding, design, messaging and identity - developing brand/logo, style guides, sub-brand names/logos, core messaging, multi-lingual website, social media presence, program collateral; 2) Website design, content development and maintenance - redesigning current website with translation into 5 languages, developing new pages, functionality, analytics; 3) Community outreach and stakeholder engagement - developing communications plan, supporting local stakeholder outreach, maintaining list-serve; 4) Marketing and advertising campaign - multi-lingual and multi-cultural advertising across various media; 5) Media relations and public affairs - leveraging established press relationships, maintaining press contacts database; 6) Project management/performance metrics - participating in meetings, providing presentations, maintaining flexible capacity to complete projects.
