San Diego Community Power (Community Power) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for marketing, communications, website design and website maintenance for the San Diego Regional Energy Network (SDREN). These Services are sought to directly support Community Power's marketing, outreach and communication efforts for SDREN. The SDREN program portfolio consists of ten programs across residential, commercial, public and cross-cutting (codes and standards, and workforce, education, and training) sectors, aiming to serve individuals, residential and commercial customers, public agencies, and Tribal communities throughout San Diego County. The scope includes: (1) SDREN Marketing and Communication Services (brand style integration, brand element build, marketing campaigns, media planning, project management and reporting, transition and ongoing collaboration) and (2) SDREN Web Presence and Website Maintenance Services (strategy, content organization, design, development, content entry, quality assurance, site launch and training). The work will include creating portfolio-wide marketing plans, developing collateral materials, implementing multilingual support, creating advertising campaigns, negotiating media purchases, maintaining the website, ensuring ADA compliance, and providing regular reporting and project management.
