San Diego Community Power (Community Power) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to implement residential sector programs for the San Diego Regional Energy Network (SDREN). The programs include Single-Family and Multifamily services. The Single-Family program is designed to provide single-family and mobile home renters and homeowners with a concierge-style service that connects them to energy efficiency (EE) program information, no-cost direct installation services and/or incentives for measures. The program's home energy advisors refer and connect program participants to available EE and electrification program resources and serve as a direct point of contact until project completion. The Multifamily program is designed to serve property owners/managers and tenants of multifamily buildings of two or more units. Program services include technical assistance, customer outreach and education, and no-cost direct installation services and/or incentives for measures. Facility upgrades will include both common area measures (CAM) and renter-specific in-unit measures. The work includes program management, pre-launch activities, data tracking and reporting, customer outreach, surveys, case studies, and full program implementation including customer screening, technical assistance, EE education, direct installation of measures, incentive payments, contractor network management, and program coordination. The expected not-to-exceed direct implementation and incentives budget by program for 2025-2027 is as follows: Single-Family Program: Direct Implementation: $6,367,475, Incentives: $12,416,267; Multifamily Program: Direct Implementation: $3,492,276, Incentives: $6,539,071.
