Scope of Work: Vendors are required to develop a comprehensive State Energy Security Plan that addresses energy security considerations for Nevada. The project requires detailed understanding of federal Department of Energy (DOE) SESP frameworks and guidance, as well as compliance with relevant sections of federal law (40108-40109). Proposals must demonstrate capability to deliver a professional, actionable energy security strategy.

Vendors must comply with State of Nevada Terms and Conditions for Services and USDOE Special Terms and Conditions. The contract will be established as a Vendor Contract for Service of Independent Contractor under NRS 333.700.
