Ava Community Energy (Ava) is seeking responses to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from design-build entities (DBE) to qualify a list of experienced companies to design and construct a project consisting of six (6) to twenty one (20) for up to 2.13MW Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems and up to 5.15MWh battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Ava's service area. Ava will be the project owner. The portfolio is comprised of small to medium commercial PV and BESS of 25KW to 400KW PV and 80kWh – 800kWh BESS. This Project will be the first of these renewable energy generation and/or storage systems in Ava's power portfolio.
