REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR WATER & WASTEWATER ENGINEERING PROJECTS

Brownsville Public Utilities (BPUB) is seeking qualified professional engineering firms to provide services for water and wastewater engineering projects. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) invites qualified consultants to submit their qualifications and experience for potential engineering services related to the utility's water and wastewater systems.

The scope includes professional engineering services for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Prospective vendors should demonstrate expertise in water and wastewater engineering, project management capabilities, and relevant experience with similar utility projects.

Two addenda have been issued to clarify and supplement the original RFQ documents. Interested firms must review all bid documents, the original RFQ for Professional Engineering Services, Addendum #1, and Addendum #2 before submitting their qualifications. The RFQ was posted on December 2, 2025, and is now closed.
