Connecticut Green Bank is soliciting pricing and product information from qualified solar module providers for the procurement of approximately 20 megawatts (MWdc) of PV modules for projects in the Green Bank's current pipeline. The solicitation includes modules in three Form-Factor Groups: Group A (~1750×1135 mm, ~400-500 W, ~10.5 MWdc), Group B (~2100×1135 mm, ~500-600 W, ~8 MWdc), and Group C (~2350×(1135-1305) mm, ~600+ W, ~1.5 MWdc). Respondents must provide module specification sheets, full dimensions, pricing and quantities, product and performance warranties, physical equipment location, Incoterm terms (DDP site or warehouse), template sales contract, and domestic content compliance information. Optional information includes pricing for domestic content equipment and equipment storage services. This procurement supports the Green Bank's efforts to deploy solar PV systems across state, municipal, multifamily, and private-sector facilities throughout Connecticut, and allows the Green Bank to safe harbor the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for this pipeline of projects. Payment will be made in full before December 31, 2025, with direct purchase and no trade credit required.
