Residential Energy Audit Services

The City of Winter Park is seeking an accredited company to conduct energy audits of residential units within the City and identify potential upgrades to increase energy efficiency for residents. The Successful Respondent must have specific experience conducting such residential energy assessments and agree to partner with the City of Winter Park Sustainability staff to develop educational and marketing materials.

The City is conducting a citywide campaign to promote energy efficiency and will actively promote the energy audit program to residents to foster widespread participation in the project. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing comprehensive energy audits that identify opportunities for residential energy efficiency improvements.

Key deadlines include a Q&A deadline of June 11, 2026 at 6:00 PM and a proposal submission deadline of June 22, 2026 at 6:00 PM. The solicitation was released on May 21, 2026.
