This solicitation funds applied research and development (ARD) and technology demonstration and deployment (TDD) projects that improve the customer value proposition of end-use efficiency measures through envelope solutions for the existing residential building sector. The program is part of the Electric Program Investment Charge (EPIC) Program administered by the California Energy Commission's Energy Research and Development Division.
