Guaranteed delivery must be within five (5) days of order date. All delivery costs must be included in the unit price; no fuel surcharges will be accepted.

The initial contract term runs January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026, with options for up to 24 additional months at the same or negotiated unit prices. Bidders must provide delivery time in their proposal, which will be a factor in bid evaluation. GUC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the contract if contractor fails to meet delivery or performance dates.
