GUC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to purchase more or less than stated quantities based on actual needs. A multi-year contract not to exceed three years is intended, with fixed prices in the first year and options for annual extensions at the same or negotiated unit prices for up to two additional years if market and service conditions warrant.
