It is the intent of Greenville Utilities Commission to enter into a multi-year contract not to exceed three years from the award date. Prices shall remain fixed during the first year with options for annual extensions at the same or negotiated unit prices for up to two additional years if market and service conditions warrant. Delivery times must be specified by bidders, and all materials must comply with specified technical standards or deviations must be clearly documented on the Exception Form.
