RFP 2023-012 School Energy Efficiency Development (SEED) Grant Program

New Hampshire schools can apply for grants to fund energy efficiency projects—HVAC upgrades, lighting retrofits, building envelope work, and controls installations. Projects range from $50,000 to $500,000 per school, with total program funding of $2.8M across the state's public K-12 system over three years. Contractors and engineering firms can bid to deliver design, installation, and measurement services as qualified implementation vendors on approved school projects.
