RFP 2026 UTILITY PROJECTS

This Request for Proposal seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive renewable energy procurement and integration services. The scope includes identifying, evaluating, and procuring renewable energy resources (solar, wind, geothermal, and other technologies) suitable for utility-scale deployment. Vendors must demonstrate expertise in renewable energy market analysis, power purchase agreement (PPA) negotiation, interconnection feasibility studies, and integration planning with existing grid infrastructure.

Key deliverables include: renewable energy resource assessment, competitive procurement strategy development, vendor qualification and evaluation, contract negotiation support, and project integration planning. The selected vendor(s) will work closely with the utility's generation planning and operations teams to ensure selected resources meet reliability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental objectives.

Proposal submissions are due by March 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM local time. Evaluation criteria include vendor experience with similar projects, technical qualifications of proposed team members, cost-effectiveness of approach, timeline feasibility, and demonstrated understanding of utility operations and grid integration requirements.

Questions regarding this RFP may be submitted in writing by March 1, 2026. A pre-bid conference will be held on February 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM to allow vendors to clarify scope and requirements.
