RFP-25-107 Solar Photovoltaic & Energy Assessment Services

The City of Banning seeks a qualified entity or individual to provide solar photovoltaic and energy assessment services. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services identified in the Scope of Work. This solicitation is open to companies with demonstrated ability to perform energy assessment and solar-related tasks.

• Questions and Answers Deadline: August 28, 2025 at 11:00 PM
• Proposal Submission Deadline: September 11, 2025 at 11:00 PM

Submission Instructions: Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the submission instructions outlined in the RFP document. A Professional Services Agreement Template with Prevailing Wage requirements is provided as an attachment and will govern the resulting contract.
