RFP 7752rebid Salina Pump Back Storage Project Forebay Crane Refurb

This Request for Proposal seeks qualified contractors for the refurbishment of a forebay crane at the Salina Pump Storage Project Powerhouse operated by the Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA). The project is located at 620 S 4437 Road, Salina, OK 74367.

Key dates and deadlines include: a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit scheduled for Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 1:30 PM Central Time at the project powerhouse; questions due by Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time; and the original bid deadline of Friday, February 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time, which has been extended to Friday, March 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time to allow vendors additional time for proposal preparation.

All questions must be submitted through Bid Express and will not be answered via phone, fax, or email. Vendors who attended the first bid attempt and mandatory site visit are not required to attend the second site visit but are invited to bid. Submission requirements include registration with Bid Express and completion of GRDA's vendor registration form and IRS Form W-9 if not submitted within the previous 12 months.
