RFP - Bill Output Redesign, Print & Mail

Lincoln Electric System (LES) is issuing a Request for Proposal to select a qualified vendor to perform electric utility bill statement redesign, printing, and mailing services. The successful bidder will be responsible for handling bill output redesign along with associated printing and mail distribution services for LES customers.

The selected vendor must comply with several requirements including execution of the LES Standard Services/Consulting Contract, provision of proof of insurance with specified coverage from a Nebraska-licensed insurance company rated at least B+ by A.M. Best's Rating, and completion of LES Form F790 (Confidentiality & Security Agreement). The certificate of insurance must list LES as an additional insured for general liability coverage and include a waiver of subrogation clause.

Key dates for this procurement include an available date of April 23, 2026 at 1:21 PM (CST), a clarification deadline of May 11, 2026 at 4:00 PM (CST), and a proposal due date of May 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM (CST). All questions and clarifications must be submitted through the bid portal under the Clarifications tab.
