Energy Trust of Oregon is seeking a program implementation contractor to deliver its commercial energy performance management offer. The contractor will provide training, technical assistance, and incentives to help customers in Energy Trust's Oregon and Southwest Washington service areas implement energy efficient operations in their existing commercial buildings. This is part of the rebidding of the current Existing Buildings contract into three distinct RFPs: Existing Buildings Program Management Contractor (PMC), Existing Multifamily Program Delivery Contractor (PDC), and Commercial Energy Performance Management PDC. The solicitation includes a minimum spend requirement of at least 20% of the total contract value (minus incentives) to be subcontracted to one or more certified subcontractors, recognizing certifications from COBID, SBA, and other verified entities such as the upcoming Oregon Small Business Enterprise.
