ERCOT seeks a qualified contractor to provide electrical modifications required for a chiller replacement project. The scope encompasses all electrical work necessary to support the chiller replacement initiative, with work to be performed at ERCOT's facility located in Taylor, Texas.

Respondents are required to register with Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) to participate in this procurement process. Respondents may invite additional team members to collaborate on proposal development and submission through this system.

Key dates for this procurement include: Notice of Intent to Propose optional submission due March 9, 2026; optional site visits available through March 13, 2026; respondent questions due March 18, 2026; written responses to questions provided March 30, 2026; and final proposals due April 8, 2026. Respondent presentations may be requested at a later date to be determined. Contract award and anticipated start dates are to be determined.
