RFP Public Posting Data Center HVAC Upgrades 01-26 GY

ERCOT seeks qualified respondents to provide chiller replacements for the Taylor and Bastrop data centers. This procurement aims to identify and contract with a qualified vendor to upgrade the HVAC systems at these critical facilities.

Respondents must create a free supplier account through Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) to participate in this RFP. All submissions, communications, and collaboration will occur through the WSS platform at https://us.workdayspend.com/rfps/public/1072526. Additional team members may be invited to collaborate and assist with proposal submission through the WSS system.

Key dates for this procurement include: RFP Release on January 16, 2026; optional Notice of Intent to Propose due January 20, 2026; optional Site Visit on January 22, 2026 (execution of NDA required); Respondent Questions due January 26, 2026; Response to Respondent Questions sent January 28, 2026; and Respondent Proposals due February 6, 2026. Respondent presentations and contract award dates are to be determined.
