ERCOT is seeking qualified vendors to provide external penetration testing services for ERCOT's internet-accessible resources. The objective of this procurement is to identify and potentially contract with one or more qualified respondents as preferred vendors for these services. All penetration testing findings will be delivered to ERCOT in the form of an Executive Summary Report and a Detailed Technical Report.
Respondents are required to create a free supplier account with Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) to participate in this procurement. The submission process will be managed entirely through the WSS platform at https://us.workdayspend.com/rfps/public/1121400. Once registered, respondents can view additional details, submit questions through the WSS message center, invite team members to collaborate, and submit their RFQ responses.
Key dates in the procurement timeline include: RFQ Release Date of March 13, 2026; Notice of Intent to Respond due by March 20, 2026; Respondent Questions due by March 25, 2026; Response to Respondent Questions sent March 27, 2026; and Respondent Proposals due April 8, 2026. Respondent presentations, contract award, and contract start dates are to be determined.
All communication regarding this RFQ must be directed exclusively to the specified ERCOT Point of Contact. Failure to comply with communication requirements may result in ERCOT's disqualification of the proposal.
