RFP – Wynnewood & Okeene Substation Battery Replacements

The Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority (OMPA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the replacement of battery banks at two substations: Wynnewood and Okeene. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "BATTERY REPLACEMENT — PROPOSAL ENCLOSED" and delivered to the OMPA office in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Evaluation criteria include: compliance with specifications, price, experience with similar projects, safety record, and ability to meet the project schedule. OMPA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities. The anticipated contract term is for a single project with completion expected within a reasonable time after award.
