The purpose of this quote is to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor for Redland Substation Soil Testing and reporting. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by the specifications attached Exhibit C.
