Proposals must comply with E-Verify requirements and GUC's Affirmative Action and Minority and Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Program. Insurance requirements include Workers' Compensation (minimum $1,000,000 each accident), General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence), Automobile Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit per accident), and Cyber Liability ($3,000,000 per occurrence).
