RFQ No. 8731: Historic Gas Plant Redevelopment-Owner's Representative

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking qualified firms to provide Owner's Representative services for the redevelopment of a historic gas plant site. This solicitation is for professional consulting services related to urban planning and development of a contaminated or historically significant industrial property.

Proposals must be submitted as Statements of Qualifications through the iSupplier portal in Oracle. The City will not accept submissions through OpenGov. Vendors not previously registered with the City of St. Petersburg must contact the Procurement Department for registration instructions and access to the iSupplier system.
