RFQ & RFP - Renovate & Operate One Double Sided LED Digital Outdoor Billboard Sign

The City of San Pablo invites proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations to renovate and operate one (1) double-sided LED digital outdoor billboard sign on City of San Pablo land adjacent to Interstate 80. The billboard sign renovation and operation project is identified in this Request for Statement of Qualifications & Proposals (RFP).

Proposals must include one (1) electronic copy on a CD or USB drive and five (5) bound copies of requested materials. Submissions should be addressed to the City of San Pablo, Attention: City Clerk's Office, 13831 San Pablo Avenue, Building 1, San Pablo, CA 94806.

Key deadlines include an initial release date of April 19, 2016, with an initial close date of May 9, 2016 at 3:00 PM. An addendum was issued on April 25, 2016, which extended the close date to May 23, 2016 at 5:00 PM. Bid opening is scheduled for May 23, 2016 at 5:00 PM.
