Ridgecrest Well #2

Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the rehabilitation of Ridgecrest Well #2. This project involves the procurement of services and materials necessary to complete the well rehabilitation work. CCUA will be responsible for pulling and analysis of Bac-Ts (bacteriological tests) as part of the project scope.

The procurement process includes submission of pricing information and completion of a vendor questionnaire. Interested vendors must submit their quotes by the deadline of July 25, 2025 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time. A questions and answers deadline of July 22, 2025 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time is established for vendors to submit inquiries regarding the proposal.

As a tax-exempt organization under Florida Statutes Section 212, CCUA is not subject to sales tax. A copy of the tax exemption certificate is available upon request from the procurement department. Technical specifications and detailed project requirements are provided in the attached Installation Report dated July 22, 2025, which vendors must review prior to submitting their quotes.
