The two City-owned buildings are as follow: Live Oak Cultural Center, 1050 Live Oak Street, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168 Coronado Civic Center, 150 South Pine Street, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32169 Unless comments or suggestions are noted as site specific, they apply to the two sites. The number of projects to be awarded will be determined by the availability of funding. The City makes no covenant or promise as to the number of available projects or that the awarded firm will perform during the life of the basic contract. The awarded Contractor shall provide the necessary services for the completion of project(s). The goal of this project is to provide a long-term energy and efficient solution to the city. The intent is to maximize the value through a design build approach where the awarded proposer will provide the design and engineering specifications required to maximize the roof space and to provide the best long-term value for PV production without impeding the safety and maintenance of the roof and other systems on the roof. Respondents shall demonstrate experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting and constructing complete solar PV systems, have knowledge of local utilities, provide project financial analysis and rebate support, and provide system monitoring and maintenance.
